1. Introduction. Football
Loop is owned and operated by CleverApps Limited (“CleverApps” or “we”).
This Privacy Policy explains how CleverApps handles your Personal Data (as
defined below) with respect to your personality and your rights in accordance
with Regulation (2016/679 (EU)) on the protection of natural persons with
regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data
(the “Regulation”). This Privacy Policy addresses to all natural
persons who use the application known as Football Loop and this Privacy Policy is
in addition to the general terms and conditions of use of Football Loop, which
can be found here [http://www.footballloop.com/terms-conditions].
“Personal Data” means any information about you,
that could identify you directly or indirectly, such as the personal
information described in paragraph 2 below.
“Processing” means any operation or set of operations which is
performed on Personal Data, by automated means or otherwise, including
collection, recording, organization, structuring, storage, adaptation or
alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission,
dissemination or otherwise making available, alignment or combination,
restriction, erasure or destruction.

4. The Personal Data/information we
collect.

You can use Football Loop with or without registration. If you choose to
continue as a guest, we do not process your personal data. If you decide to
create an account with Football Loop, you will be asked to provide us with
certain information (including your full name and email address) and create a
username and password. To help you personalise your Football Loop experience,
we may ask for additional information, including your contacts or location.

We may receive certain information automatically when you use Football
Loop, including information about your device, software, operating system, and
user-specific advertising IDs used for advertisement tracking (“Advertising
IDs”), your IP address and the date and time of each request you make to
Football Loop. We may also collect information about how you view and interact
with third-party sites including via Football Loop widgets located on such
third-party sites.

You may be given the option of accessing Football Loop through an
account you have with another social media service and/or you may link your
Football Loop account to other services you use, such as social networking
sites, photo-sharing services and media publishers. If you access Football Loop
via a third-party service or otherwise connect your Football Loop account with
a third-party service, we may collect information about you through that
service.

Please note that we are not responsible for the terms of personal data
processing and protection followed by third parties. We cannot as a role affect
the content and the way of function of other services.
5. How we use and disclose your
information.

We may use your information to:
a)
keep Football Loop running;
b)
better understand how you use our
service;
c)
customise your experience (including
the content, marketing materials, and advertisements you see) and allow you to
customise your own account;
d)
prevent abuse;
e)
improve Football Loop;
f)
contact you;
g)
verify your information;
h)
comply with any requirements imposed on
us by your operating system provider or the application library through which
you downloaded the app; and
i)
comply with all relevant laws and regulations.

a)
within the CleverApps group;
b)
with the manufacturers of
the Operating System and device ("OS and device manufacturers")
c)
with app stores (the distributor of the app)
d) to comply with any applicable law,
regulation or legal process;
e) if we believe it is necessary to prevent
imminent and serious harm to a person or property;
f)
to third parties helping us offer and improve our service, such as those
providing Football Loop certain technical tools and analytics services
(including marketing partners), provided that, wherever practicable, we will
request all third parties to observe the limitations in this privacy policy
(IT, Cloud providers), accountants etc.
g) We may otherwise
disclose information about our users in a manner does not identify you
individually at our sole discretion.
h) Please note that your
personal data is not transmitted to third countries (countries outside the
European Economic Area- EEA), or to international organizations.
6. What is the legal ground of this processing?
We process your personal data for the
following purposes:
6.1 to fulfil our terms and conditions of the application;
6.2 due to compliance with a legal obligation
(article 6 (1) (c) of GDPR);
6.3 for
the purposes of our legitimate interests, including
our interests in providing an innovative and personalized service to our users,
unless those interests are overridden by your interests or fundamental rights
and freedoms;
6.4 based on your Consent.
The processing of your Personal Data is based on your consent and you
have the right to withdraw your consent at any time and we will stop processing
your Personal Data. However, the withdrawal of the consent will not affect the
lawfulness of the processing based on consent before the withdrawal
7. How long we keep your
information
The personal data we collect through our application are only kept for as
long as you have the application on any of your devices. After deleting the
app, we keep your personal data as mentioned in paragraph 11 below.
8. Security. The Football Loop
has security measures in place to protect against the loss, misuse and
alteration of the personal information under our control. However, you
acknowledge that there remains a risk that information transmitted over the
internet and stored digitally may be intercepted or accessed by an unauthorized
third party.
You have a number of
important rights, under the Regulation. Specifically:
(a) right to access your Personal Data (Article 15): meaning you
might receive information and/or copy of the Personal Data we hold free of
charge.
(b) right to rectification (Article 16): you might
ask us to correct any mistakes in your information which we hold.
(c) right to erasure (“right to be
forgotten”) (Article 17): you might ask us to erase the Personal Data
concerning you.
However, we reserve the
right to deny the erasure, if the processing is necessary for compliance with a
legal obligation, for reasons of public interests or
for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims.
(d) right to restriction of processing (Article 18): you might
require us to restrict our processing of your Personal Data if you contest the
accuracy of your Personal Data, the lawfulness of the
processing, or you have objected to processing (according to article 21) and
you wait for our reply whether we have legitimate grounds which override yours.
(e) right to data portability (Article 20): you have the right to request and receive the Personal Data concerning you which you have
provided to us, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and
you have the right to transmit those data to a third party under certain
circumstances.
(f) right to object (section 21): You have the right
to object at any time to the processing of your personal data, including
profiling, which is conducted based on the legitimate and/or public interest
(section 6 (1) (e) and (f)) when you deem that it is justified due to a
particular situation concerning you.
In case that you to not
agree, we shall no longer
process your personal data unless it demonstrates compelling legitimate grounds
for the processing which override your interests, rights and freeedoms or if the processing
serves the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims.
You also have the right to
object at any time to processing of personal data for direct marketing,
including profiling, in the extent it concerns direct marketing.
In case where we process your personal
data for marketing purposes and you object to the said processing, the
processing for the said purposes will be stopped.
(h) right to withdraw your consent: you reserve the right to
withdraw your consent at any time. However, the withdrawal of the consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing
based on consent before its withdrawal.
It is noted that the
abovementioned rights apply with the restrictions provided for in the
Regulation. If you wish to exercise any of the above rights or to ask any questions or clarifications or to complain, please

Moreover, you also have
the right to file a complaint at the Commissioner of Personal Data Protection. For more information concerning the process of

10. Are you obliged to
provide your personal data?
No. You have the choice not to provide data if you prefer, by using the
app as a guest. You are obliged to provide us your information only in if decide to create an account, as mentioned in paragraph 4.
11. Application Deletion. If you wish to delete
the app, you can do so freely. If you wish to delete your account, you can do
so by sending us an email at info@footballloop.com. If you delete your
account, your user profile will no longer be visible on our service, though we
may still keep some information about you subject to any legal rights you may
have as per paragraph 9 above.
12. Push Notifications. Football Loop uses
push notifications, either automatically (when you choose a favourite club) or
by selection. You can choose the way these notifications will be displayed on
your device or even disable push notifications by adjusting your device
settings or through the appropriate selection in Football Loop features. In
addition, if you have registered with your e-mail address you may be informed
via mail in a summary about your preferred content within Football Loop
app.
13. Does automated
individual decision-making take place?
Automated individual decision-making means the process of making
decisions through automated means of processing personal data/details, without
human intervention, e.g. automated refusal of an application for credit
facility. As a rule, we do not make automated decisions.
14. Are your data used
for automated profiling?
Automated profiling means the automated
processing of your personal data for evaluating your personal aspects for
profiling. We do not use your data for automated profiling.
15. Changes to privacy policy. As Football Loop
continues to develop, we may decide to revise this Privacy Policy from time to
time. The most current version will govern our use of your information and will
always be at http://footballloop.com/privacy-policy/. If we make changes
that we think will substantially alter your rights, we may notify you by
posting a notice on the app. You agree to accept any changes or revisions to
this Privacy Policy by continuing to use Football Loop.

17. Governing law and jurisdiction. This privacy policy is governed by Cyprus law. Cyprus Courts have exclusive jurisdiction to hear any related matter.
